It focuses our pallets on evolution by utilizing Cascade hops grown in three distinct regions; the Pacific Northwest, Michigan, and New Zealand. There are notes of ruby red grapefruit, clove studded lime peel, schisandra berry, herbaceous, a wheat driven nuttiness, and a touch or resinous pine. The body is full but with a taught structure, and a dry, quenching finish. This version was further conditioned on Kaffir lime zest adding a lime-forward brightness on the nose and distinct, herbaceous kaffir lime zest on the midpalate.
