The Finer Points of Bad Behavior is an ever evolving series of beers that pairs seasonal ingredients with unique strains of yeast specifically chosen to compliment, contrast, and elevate each other. 

Volume XX pairs cucumbers from our friends at Frillman Farms and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis which is known for its citrus and sweet tart characteristics. It pours a brilliantly clear pale gold color with notes of cucumber that pop out of the glass. The cucumber is backed up by notes of dried lime, green peppercorn, canary melon, and lilacs. The body is light, crisp, and delightfully effervescent with a finish that is deeply satisfying and makes id endlessly drinkable.

This Version was then blended with a beer brewed with Thai Basil.
