Perceived Distance Bottle Conditioned with Brettanomyces 2024
Perceived Distance is a celebration of our friendship with A Bun Dance Culinary and the bounty of the Midwest. Every ingredient we used was made, grown, or processed within 150 miles of our brewery. Pilsner malt from Caleb at Sugar Creek Malt. Raw spelt berries from Jill at Janie’s Mill. And, Cascade hops that were picked less than 24 hours before we used them by our friends at Hop Head Farms. Notes of raw coconut, apricots, white grapefruit, pineapple sage, juicyfruit gum, and white pepper lead to a finish that almost floats away with aromas of freshly baked bread and peach preserves. A beer that captures time, place, and connection in liquid form.
